Experience
Greg is an accomplished superintendent with over 35 years of construction experience. He has served at Ward Construction since 1993, and is responsible for all jobsite operations, subcontractor scheduling and project performance. Greg has successfully managed a variety of projects for Ward Construction that includes overseeing new construction, additions and renovations.

Greg has the authority and skill to run the job without the cost of extensive administrative and technical support to get the job done. He has an exceptional reputation for communicating with the owners and architects in that he proactively addresses job site situations. In addition, his daily responsibilities include: communicating with and managing subcontractors and suppliers, quality control, detailed coordination of the project, and maintaining the project schedule, daily logs, and as-built drawings.

He has excellent computer experience using: Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project. He is also certified in standard first aid, adult CPR, various OSHA training, fall protection standards, practices and procedures, and in the use of rough terrain forklifts and scissor lifts.

Prior to Ward Construction Co., Greg worked as a Construction Foreman and lead carpenter on custom townhomes, tenant finish, concrete work. For the townhomes he successfully scheduled and coordinated subcontractors from foundations through finish work. His townhome project won a building award from the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce.
