Description
Ward bid this project as part of a select list of invited general contractors. The work was a major mechanical upgrade replacing the existing unit ventilator based system with an air handling/duct system. There was also extensive architectural (demo, drywall, acoustic ceilings, casework, structural steel roof platforms and siding, floor finishes) and electrical work. Replacement of existing windows (and the addition of stucco decoration) was also included in the scope of work. Ward had about 2 1/2 months to complete this project. Our success was the result of teamwork with the owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors and significant planning and preparation.
