Description
Iliff & Peoria Mini Storage is a 75,000 SF pre-engineered, metal building storage facility. There is also a complete 2,000 SF wood framed caretaker home onsite. Construction included: site utilities; asphalt; wrought iron fence; wood fence; concrete foundations; slab on grade; brick masonry skin; pre-engineered metal buildings; an operable, cantilevered gate; plywood sheathing for the pre-engineered metal buildings; cabinets for the house; building insulation; caulking; asphalt shingle roofs; sheet metal; doors, frames and hardware; overhead doors; windows for house; load bearing metal studs for pre-engineered buildings; ceramic tile for the house; carpet and resilient flooring for the house; painting; fire extinguishers; toilet accessories; mechanical; electrical; and a tower clock with neon lighting.
