Description
Ward Construction was chosen to be a select bidder for this project. Paris is a new 48,000 sf school built on a 4 acre site with a complete array of site amenities and landscaping for: a new play field, play areas, parking lot, bus drive, etc. The building included: gymnasium, classrooms, kitchen, and administrative areas. The building was constructed with spread footings, steel frame, block walls, storefront window system, built-up roof, interior masonry and drywall partition, complete heating and air conditioning system, complete electrical system, and complete fire sprinkler system after Ward dug out and replaced an old dump site.
