Description
The Vintage was a planned resort of three large buildings to be served by a new ski lift - a $30 million project overall in 1988. This was built by Beaudoin Construction where Paul and Stan both worked on this project. In addition to the main complex, the project involved extensive site and utility development. The 120 unit, five story precast structure had very high-end finishes and auxiliary recreation, sauna and retail areas. The contract was negotiated on a guaranteed maximum cost plus a fee basis. Some of the exterior finishes included metal roofing and synthetic stucco.
