Description
Being a major interior remodel, the main challenge of this project involved making interior structural modifications to accommodate the new design requirements. The scope of this project included: new concrete foundations, structural steel, masonry walls, structural wood roof system, both shingle and built-up roofs, interior finishes, new locker rooms, new pool filter system, landscaping, paving, site utilities, and a new mechanical and electrical system.
