Description
We chose to competitively bid this project because we knew it would be a complex project that catered to our strength of paying great attention to detail. This project has a complex, multi-level building shell that impresses onlookers. Significant components include concrete foundations, steel structure, masonry and stucco veneers, glass curtain wall, storefront glass, and built-up roof. The interior includes a state of the art auditorium, drywall partitions, paint, acoustical ceilings, special tile floors, specialties, and full mechanical and electrical systems. A city block was fully built out under this contract with asphalt drives and parking, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and fully landscaped and irrigated property.
