Experience
Alyssa is both our office manager and an assistant for our project managers. She also attends to the daily needs of our superintendents and subcontractors. Her ability to coordinate and act promptly facilitates our ability to stay on top of project developments. She assists the project manager by:

  • Coordinating and managing the project,
    which includes setting up and maintaining all project files.
  • Monitoring subcontractors for required insurance, subcontracts, bonds, etc.
  • Reviewing and approving insurance certificates.
  • Tracking submittals, materials, deliveries, and other crucial information.
  • Disseminating pertinent information to project managers and superintendents
  • Preparing contractual documents and correspondence for subcontractors.
  • Managing required construction paperwork: subcontract agreements, change orders, tax forms, pay applications, material delivery forms, and various permits.
  • Helping with creating and assembling prequalification packages.
  • Maintaining and upgrading computers and office equipment, including software, hardware, phones, etc.
  • Notifying subcontractors of close-out requirements, collecting all warranties and other documents, and then compiling operations and maintenance materials and as-built drawings for the owner.
  • Creating and managing subcontractor lien waivers.
  • Coordinating and securing security clearance admission for government jobs.
  • Tracking and logging subcontractor change orders.
