General Superintendent
Experience
Dale has worked as General Superintendent for Ward Construction Co. since 1992, and has been a superintendent for over 30 years. He is responsible for all jobsite operations, subcontractor scheduling and project performance. Having had experience in projects up to $15,000,000, Dale brings a great deal of experience to Ward Construction Co.
Prior to Ward Construction Co., Dale was employed by Gracon Corporation as a Superintendent/Project Manager from 1987 – 1991. His project experience included numerous building and civil construction projects that ranged in cost to $10 million that involved such owners as Rockwell International, Bureau of Reclamation, Metro Water and Sewer Districts, Corps of Engineers and United States Air Force.
Dale was the President of WRG Construction from 1980 – 1986. His responsibilities included all financial, administrative and field operations and construction of numerous building and civil projects that ranged in cost from $1 million to $5 million.
From 1972 – 1980, Dale was the Executive Vice President, Manager of the Construction Division, and Director of Personnel for Centric Corporation. His responsibilities included the overview of all construction operation and superintendents for both building and civil construction projects that mainly ranged in cost from $2 million to $5 million. Also, he was a superintendent on Building and Civil Construction Projects that ranged from $1 million to $15 million.
His work as a Superintendent/Project Manager/Estimator at Penner Construction from 1967 – 1972 included supervising and estimating various projects that ranged in cost from $1 million to $15 million.
