Vice President/Estimator
Experience
Paul has been Vice President of Ward Construction Co. since 1987 and has 27 years of experience as a professional estimator and 20 plus years as a project manager. He is primarily responsible for estimating, marketing and plays a strong role in project management. With his extensive hard bid and conceptual estimating experience, Paul has developed an extensive library of cost data and competent and capable subcontractors that are continuously updated today. He is also in charge of and responsible for business development and marketing. As an estimator, Paul has bid projects up to $18 million.
Prior to his current position at Ward Construction Co., Paul graduated to Chief Estimator for Beaudoin Construction Company, a commercial general contractor, from 1982 through 1986. He oversaw the pricing of projects up to 15 million dollars.
He has extensive experience in the CM/GC process and Design/Build developments, and has created numerous relationships with local architects, engineers and code officials as well as having developed and implemented team oriented policies and procedures.
