Experience
Jim has worked in construction for over 24 years, specializing in project management and estimating. He has worked as a senior project manager for Ward Construction since 2003. Jim has established policies and procedures for the project management and estimating departments. His skills include creating the initial schedule with the superintendent, securing subcontractors, reviewing and correcting shop drawings, expediting materials, pricing owner/architect change requests and processing pay requests. In addition he is proficient at soliciting bids; developing bid scope packages; and performing quantity takeoff.

Prior to working at Ward Construction Jim worked at Crosslands Construction as a project manager. Before his work at Crosslands, Jim worked as a project manager on projects up to $3.5 million for RAS Builders, managing high quality tenant finish projects, as well as remodels. Jim was project manager for the remodel of the Gart Sports Corporate Offices, which was nominated for remodel project of the year by the Colorado Real Estate Journal.

Jim also worked for ISEC as a project manager for 12 years, as his work experience covered the gamut of specialty products that ISEC provided.
